Faith Formation for Children

Faith Formation sessions for children, Pre-K through 12th grade, are held on Wednesdays. Families with children in Pre-K through 5th grade attend classes Wednesday evenings from 6:00 – 7:30 pm in the Family Enrichment Center. Families with youth in 6th – 12th grade can register for Youth Ministry, which meets Wednesday evenings 6 - 7:30 pm. Classes are open to all children of the parish, especially those not attending Catholic school.

Catechists

Are you interested in helping with the Faith Formation of our Parish youth? Are you willing to make a weekly commitment to serve as a Catechist or Catechist-aide? Catechists are asked to attend several planning sessions during the year and work toward certification by participating in the DCCP sessions (Diocesan Catechist Certification Program). Teens are encouraged to volunteer as aides in the classroom. All Catechists, including teens over the age of 15 years, must complete the Diocesan Safe Environment Program.
